All children looked after must have a Personal Education Plan (PEP) which is reviewed regularly in conjunction with their LAC review.
Here you will find a copy of Bristol’s PEP together with notes and advice for social workers and a quality monitoring form to be used when checking the completed PEP to ensure that the young person gains the most benefit from the process.
